Saurin Mehta is a Litigation and Disputes Lawyer. He is enrolled at the Bar Council of Gujarat since 1987. He has an expertise in handling civil and commercial disputes.
He has acted and continues to represent as a Counsel in all types of civil disputes. He has represented the interests of various companies in disputes before High Courts of various states (with an established practice in the High Court of Gujarat), Supreme Court of India, NCLT, CESTAT and various other Tribunals.
He has also advised various clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
Arbitration and Commercial Disputes Lawyer
Shalvi Mehta is a Commercial Disputes Lawyer. She is enrolled at the Bar Council of Maharashtra &Goa. She has experience in handling commercial disputes, especially international and domestic arbitration. She is a law graduate from Gujarat National Law University.
She heads the Arbitration and Corporate practice at Saurin Mehta and Associates, Ahmedabad. She currently acts as a Counsel in varied domestic and international arbitrations, under various institutional rules, in India and abroad. She also regularly advises corporate houses on all encompassing legal matters and strategies.
She has also authored articles published by the very reputed India Business Law Journal, SCC,Bar & Bench, Manupatra, GAR and AFIA. She has also written for the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
She also actively teaches Arbitration online. She has developed an Arbitration Course available at LawSikho.

Krishal is a Disputes lawyer having experience in handling Civil and Commercial Disputes before the High Court of Gujarat and National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad.
